Windsor requires the Ontario Secondary School Diploma with six Grade 12 U, M or D courses including ENG4U, and a minimum 70% average across six Grade 12 U or M courses. Many programs sit above that floor: Business Administration 73%, Engineering 74%, Nursing 75%, Concurrent Education 75% to 80%, and Political Science with Law & Politics Specialization 80%. Windsor's Senate policy adds that possession of the minimum requirements guarantees only that the application will be considered.

Windsor has not published a Fall 2027 undergraduate cycle. Every live page reviewed for this guide is labelled Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Spring 2026, and Windsor's own deadline answer page was last updated January 5, 2024 and still shows January 15, 2024. January 15 is OUAC's recurring Group A deadline, so treat mid-January 2027 as the working planning date and confirm on OUAC and Windsor's pages once the new cycle opens.

Both, depending on who you are. Windsor's live application pages say only to apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre and never name the form. Its Registrarial Service Fees schedule does: Ontario Secondary School applicants use the 101, and Canadian applicants not currently attending an Ontario high school use the 105. International applicants have a third option — a direct application to UWindsor that bypasses OUAC entirely if Windsor is the only university you are applying to.

Windsor does not publish its OUAC program codes. The program admission requirements search shows none, and the only code found anywhere on uwindsor.ca is NFS for the Applied Forensic Science Stream, on a document stamped Taking Students for Fall 2020. Take Windsor's institution letter and program codes from the OUAC Undergrad Guide for the Fall 2027 cycle. Windsor does publish testing-agency codes: SAT 0904 and ACT 7053.

No. What Windsor publishes instead is better. Its Office of Institutional Analysis reports the actual admission averages of new Ontario secondary-school entrants each year, and its Common University Data Ontario return gives first-choice applicant and registrant counts. Windsor never divides one by the other. Any Windsor acceptance rate you find online is third-party modelling.

For Fall 2025, the real entering averages of new full-time first-year Ontario secondary school students were 87.1% in Nursing, 86.5% in Science, 86.3% in Engineering, 83.5% in the Odette School of Business, 82.6% in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, and 82.2% in Human Kinetics, for a university total of 84.5%. Across the whole university, 8.9% of entrants arrived between 70% and 75%, so the published minimums are genuinely reachable — but the median entrant is well above them.
