Welcome to Stellar Advisers. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Stellar Advisers provides university advising services including but not limited to:

• • Peer-to-peer mentorship and advising
• • University application guidance
• • Educational resources and curriculum
• • Core and Premium walkthroughs, live AMAs, and replay access
• • Admissions advising, subject tutoring, consultations, and prepaid project milestones
• • Community forum access
• • Application tracking tools
• • Asterway personalized school, program, and scholarship matching
• • Disclosed AI telephone and community assistance where enabled

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• • Be at least 13 years old; if you cannot provide meaningful consent yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize the account
• • Involve a parent or guardian in paid purchases if you are under the age of majority where you live
• • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• • Harass, abuse, or harm others
• • Distribute spam or malicious content
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• • Submit AI output as your own work in a live or graded assessment
• • Use bots to impersonate students, fabricate testimonials, evade community rules, or post undisclosed advertising

4A. AI and Telephone Disclosures

AI features are automated systems and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated output. They do not guarantee admission, eligibility, funding, academic results, or any other outcome. Verify scholarship deadlines, prerequisites, and application requirements with the official institution or award provider.

• • Telephone callers are told they are speaking with AI and may request a human transfer where available.
• • AI voice and phone features may be suspended immediately through safety kill switches.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Stellar Advisers, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Stellar Advisers or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• • The currency and final total are shown before payment; memberships and service credit are stated in CAD
• • Payment is required before service delivery
• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• • Subscription cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not create a prorated refund
• • Eligible Core invoices grant CAD $5 in Stellar Service Credit and eligible Premium invoices grant CAD $20 only after Stripe confirms payment
• • Service credit does not expire, is non-transferable, has no cash value, excludes tax, and can cover up to 100% of an eligible service
• • Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks reverse related credit; a spent reversal may create a negative balance and pause further redemptions
• • Each account may use one complimentary 30-minute consultation, subject to availability and booking rules
• • Cancellations at least 24 hours before a booking release reserved credit; late cancellations and no-shows normally forfeit it, subject to audited exceptions and applicable law
• • Larger engagements are prepaid in defined milestones; a payment unlocks only the stated hours or deliverables
• • Merchandise cancellations, returns, and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy

7. Disclaimers

Stellar Advisers provides advising and guidance services. We do not guarantee university admission or specific outcomes. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of content on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar Advisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in your place of residence.
