University of Windsor application deadlines for Fall 2027

Windsor's current Ontario school process sends you to OUAC for the main form. OUAC confirms January 15, 2027 for Group A. The older Windsor help answer still says January 15, 2024 and shows a January 2024 update. That is a prior cycle, not a current competing deadline. Use the current form-service date for your group. Group B has no single OUAC closing date. The school and program control those deadlines, including records or an audition. Your citizenship alone doesn't tell you every deadline that applies. Check the form category against your school history. Windsor also provides separate processes for transfer, international and other applicants. The Canadian application opening guide covers opening dates. We haven't confirmed one shared dated Windsor Fall 2027 opening day here. An open form doesn't prove every program is open for every term.

Windsor's international undergraduate page recommends May 1 for fall entry. Its transfer page also recommends May 1. Those lines have no year. They help you plan, but aren't newly dated Fall 2027 final deadlines. Both routes can depend on program capacity. The older help answer adds a yearless July 1 general fall date. Don't use that line to delay a selective program's file or an earlier extra requirement. Ask the relevant admissions team which date and intake apply before relying on a late form.

Transfer applicants should allow time for their previous study to be assessed. Windsor explains that late forms may be processed while space remains, but transfer credit details may not be ready before course registration. That can affect course choices even if admission is possible. Gather the requested records and course outlines early enough to resolve missing details. Keep course fit and file timing together without treating them as the same decision.

After applying, use the acknowledgement email to activate your UWin Account. Windsor's Ontario process directs you to UWinsite Student to check the To Do List and upload requested records. A sent OUAC choice doesn't complete a missing record task. Check the program name, start term and every item still owing. Keep the acknowledgement in a place you can find again. If a school is sending a record on your behalf, follow up on its delivery rather than assuming a form confirmation means the transcript arrived too.

Your admission letter sets any remaining conditions and their deadlines. Read it even if the online status says admitted. Conditions can include final results; accepting doesn't remove them. The next-steps page gives the practical order for account setup and later registration. Its displayed registration dates still refer to May 2026, with September 10, 2026 as the first day of classes. Those aren't Fall 2027 dates. We haven't advanced them by a year. Wait for the new registration steps and use the letter for your personal final-record tasks.

The Nursing page states a March 1 fall transfer deadline. It also requires an Applicant Profile by March 1 for mature and transfer applicants. Current Windsor students changing programs, returning students and new transfers have different main forms. These date lines are yearless, and the profile area still refers to 2026-27. We haven't confirmed the new-cycle profile close. Don't assume March 1 replaces the Group A January form target for every high school Nursing choice. Ask Nursing which file route matches your studies before using the later date.

The Windsor Nursing rules guide explains the academic route. Keep the school you apply through clear as well. The collaborative program page describes University of Windsor and St. Clair forms on its own and says new applicants are no longer admitted through Lambton's older collaboration. A partner's form isn't automatically your university choice. Check the site and code on the confirmation before you send another form. If you're asked for an interview or more records, obtain that task's date directly rather than borrowing a deadline from another applicant type.

Concurrent Education combines an undergraduate degree with teacher education. Its page still says January 15, 2026. Optional supporting records were due then too. The old FAQ's February 1, 2024 date is for Consecutive Education. That is a different route after prior study. Neither gives a new Fall 2027 due date for optional records. The Windsor Concurrent Education guide explains the degree. Ask the faculty for the new steps. Don't choose between these two old dates as if they serve the same group.

Acting pages also need a cycle check. One form page names different April sessions from the dedicated audition page. The latter still gives April 28, 2024 for digital submission, plus older workshop wording. None establishes a 2027 audition or booking day. Contact Dramatic Art before planning travel or preparing a file for a past submission system. Completing the university form and booking an audition are separate steps. Keep the department's new confirmation when it arrives; a session date shown on an old page isn't a reservation for you.

Windsor's entering-student page now has a 2027-28 heading. It lists January 1 for UWinAward opening and April 30 for entrance awards without years on those lines. Lower automatic-scholarship details still carry 2026-27 labels. We preserve that mixed-cycle status. Don't assume the heading refresh confirms every older amount, deadline or renewal term below it. You don't need an admission offer to start the award form once your UWin access is ready. Check the own award's listed closing date and required evidence before sending.

An automatic entrance award doesn't enter you for every other scholarship. Some need a UWinAward profile and records. The page also covers funding during a degree and in law. Their dates aren't the first-year award window. Read the Windsor financial-aid guide for support types. Keep each award's name with its due date. That makes it clear which form you've sent. The new page heading doesn't give a shared Fall 2027 result day. Don't plan a payment around an award until you have its terms and offer.

The first-year Candidate section gives a firm January 15 to April 30, 2027 form window. It directs you through the Student Awards Profile. That is apart from your admission choice. The same page discusses joining the full research program after first year, which uses invitations. Don't use that later competition as a Grade 12 form deadline. Its summary says June 27, 2027 before 11:59 p.m., while detailed full-program text still gives June 26, 2026. That mixed-cycle difference needs the program's confirmation, and no time zone is printed. The clearly dated Candidate window remains the relevant first-year entry route.

Follow the acceptance steps and date in your admission letter. For Group A, OUAC says June 1, 2027 is the earliest date an Ontario university can require a reply or financial commitment. It isn't everyone's final Windsor acceptance day. The Ontario offer-reply guide explains that distinction. Read any admission deposit request in the actual offer; no common Fall 2027 amount is confirmed here. Keep proof of the acceptance action and payment so you can check what was completed if the online status is unclear.

The fetched residence form is explicitly for Fall/Winter 2026-27. Its guarantee date is June 5, 2026, and it lists a $475 non-refundable deposit. It also gives June 1 to 8, 2026 for roommate selection. These are older terms, not new-cycle promises. Fall 2027 opening, guarantee and payment details remain unconfirmed. The older process requires accepting admission and activating the right account first, so allow for those steps when the updated housing form appears.

Confirm which group you're in. Write down the date that serves that route. If you want Outstanding Scholars, add the Candidate window too. Check the gaps again November 1, 2026. New faculty and housing calendars may come later. Direct OUAC fetches returned 403. A separate official web read did succeed. Keep each school and year with its own task.
