International applicants should plan beyond admission
Some institutions publish an earlier recommended date or a separate deadline for applicants who require a study permit. That extra time supports document review and immigration processing, but it does not replace the program's own admission and supplement rules.
After an offer, international students still need to satisfy conditions, arrange official documents, review tuition and deposit dates, and complete the current study-permit process. The deadline in the actual applicant portal and offer letter remains controlling.
