Reviewed against each row's official source. Recheck the source before you act, because dates and fees change.

Start with January 15 and the correct application

Brock dates the main fall deadline January 15, 2027. That covers current Ontario high school students. It also names other Canadian residents and international applicants. You still need the right form. Current Ontario high school students use OUAC. Some other groups can use a Brock-only form. Read the terms for that route first. Only choosing Brock doesn't itself make that form the right one. Check with the school if you study the Ontario curriculum abroad. Past Brock study can also change how you apply.

The form tables list separate dates for part-time study, auditing and other categories. Their yearless August 1 fall rule doesn't extend the standard Grade 12 full-time deadline. Winter and spring availability is program-specific too. A program listed for January entry doesn't prove it accepts September forms late. Use the Brock university hub to compare the broad choices. For the opening question, read when Canadian applications open. No exact common Brock Fall 2027 opening day is confirmed by this source set.

Documents can hold up a correctly submitted form

For current Ontario school grades, Brock normally gets the marks through OUAC. Some summer-school marks are an exception. Other groups see the records they owe in the Document Status list. They may be past marks or courses still in progress. Brock can start with suitable unofficial copies. Final official records must come from the school that issued them. Your own scan doesn't count as official. The offer gives the final due date. No shared dated Fall 2027 transcript cutoff is checked here. Follow up if a record doesn't arrive.

If your record isn't in English, follow Brock's translation rules as well as sending the original record. The steps specify who can provide an accepted translation. Don't replace that process with an informal family translation. Brock doesn't require every applicant to use World Education Services, though it accepts certain verified records sent directly by that service. Read any own request before paying for an evaluation you may not need. If the portal lacks space for a requested upload, the published steps tell you to contact Admissions. Check that each page is legible before sending it.

Visual Arts needs a new-cycle process check

Central Admissions gives February 1, 2027 for the Studio Art portfolio. It also names the concurrent Visual Arts route. The arts page still says February 1, 2026 for September 2026. Those are different cycles. Its old steps aren't a freshly checked 2027 guide. They list a letter of intent, creative work and an image list. Ask for the new address and file rules before you send them. History of Art and Visual Culture doesn't need a portfolio. Don't assign that task to every arts choice.

For international applicants, the department offers contact to coordinate portfolio submission with the regional academic schedule. That isn't a published blanket deadline extension. Ask for the process that fits your actual school calendar. A portfolio review result also isn't the same as the university's formal admission offer. Keep both records if you receive them. The Brock admissions section gives the wider entry context. Your portfolio work and letter must remain your own. This page explains timing and doesn't provide a form response or make the portfolio for you.

GAME and accelerated Math have different extra tasks

Game Design and Game Programming both have a February 1, 2027 Statement of Interest deadline centrally. Their department page repeats February 1 without a year and links the form to use. The statement is apart from the academic entry rules. Game Programming and Game Design don't have identical required subjects, so review the correct degree before sending. Keep the statement receipt beside your main form confirmation. Completing one doesn't prove the other arrived. If the form or submission route changes, ask the GAME program which version applies to the new intake.

Accelerated Mathematics has two date statements to resolve. Central Admissions gives February 1, 2027 for the statement and maths activities portfolio. The maths page says February 5. It adds no year. That page includes its own form and calls the date guaranteed consideration. Later review needs space. Don't treat February 5 as a free extension. Ask both offices which date applies to your intake. This route also has an exam and interview. Sending the written work doesn't finish those later steps. Keep their dates when the school sends them.

Performance programs need appointments, not just an application

Dramatic Arts requires the DART Invitational. The International Double Degree route adds a vocal audition. Music's central entry says auditions run February through May each year. That describes an annual period, not your own 2027 appointment or booking deadline. Exact new-cycle session dates remain unconfirmed in this source set. Contact the department when you choose the program, and ask what you need to register for. Don't wait until a friend's audition date to begin. A performance-program offer can depend on completing the required assessment as well as meeting the academic conditions.

OneApp and named awards aren't the admission form

Brock separates automatic admission awards from OneApp awards and prestige awards. OneApp is the shared form for many bursaries and awards, not a substitute for applying to the university. You send it once each year and can update details. Keep your financial details current if the form asks for them. An automatic award doesn't mean you've applied for every need-based or donor award. Use the Brock financial-aid section for the wider support picture. The awards office contacts selected applicants through Brock email, so include that account in your checks.

The parent calendar gives April 1, 2027 for the Niagara Principal's Scholarship. April 15, 2027 covers OneApp, Brock Leaders Citizenship Awards, Law Plus and Med Plus. Yet the heading still says 2026-27. One sentence pairs January 15, 2027 with Fall 2026 entry. That mixed text needs a check. The aid table gives April 15 with no year. It says entering-award forms open November 1. The annual OneApp profile page says August 1. Those serve different award groups. Ask which form and cycle you need.

Law Plus and Med Plus are added experiences; their form dates aren't admission deadlines for a professional law or medical degree. Read the named opportunity before assuming its form is part of every undergraduate choice. The aid dates page also retains 2025-26 OSAP dates. Those aren't Fall 2027 funding deadlines. Our OSAP guide owns the wider student-aid process. Set a reminder to check the new study-period dates when they're published instead of copying an old February or March deadline into your first-year budget plan.

Offer rounds don't change the reply action

Brock's current Ontario page describes some early offers in December, a first major round in February and a final round in May. Competitive choices may not issue early offers. The parent page instead describes offers from November to May 2027. Those sources don't give one guaranteed day for your program. If your offer changes, the Ontario steps say to accept the newest offer in OUAC. Read the actual program and conditions before confirming. The dated Ontario reply deadline is June 1, 2027. Other applicant groups should use the date in their own letter.

Residence needs its own application and fee

Discover Brock gives June 1, 2027 for the room guarantee. Full-time undergraduates must send the housing form and pay its fee. Accepting admission doesn't do that for you. The Ontario offer reply shares the date but is a separate action. Brock Suites serves upper-year and graduate students. It isn't the same as the standard room guarantee. We haven't checked new opening days, fees or room reply dates for 2027-28 here. Read the Brock residence guide, then ask Housing for the new terms. A guarantee doesn't promise a given room.

Direct reads of Brock's pages returned 403 responses. Separate official web reads succeeded for the sources used here; those transports are recorded on its own. Some detailed Housing links still timed out on later web attempts. A blocked read doesn't establish a missing policy or a new fee. We therefore leave the unconfirmed housing amounts and accommodation-record deadlines open for recheck. The same care applies to summer school. Ontario's current June 25 notice, August 13 marks and August 20 diploma dates have no years. They aren't newly confirmed 2027 exceptions to your offer conditions.

What to do this week

List your entry route and extra program tasks. Ask Brock to resolve the maths date before you rely on February 5. Set November 1, 2026 to check the sources again. In particular, check award openings and full housing terms. Keep proof of each answer you get. The Ontario deadline comparison and Canadian deadline guide help you weigh other schools. A later date in one of those tables won't extend a Brock form or portfolio. Keep the school name beside each task on your calendar.

  • Send the main form by the applicable January deadline.
  • Track program materials and school records separately.
  • Keep the newest offer, acceptance receipt and housing payment confirmation.
