When do U of T offers come out for Fall 2027?

U of T uses several admission categories across three campuses. A friend hearing from Scarborough doesn't set the schedule for your St. George or Mississauga choice. Start by matching the program and campus on your application to the table. An offer for one choice also doesn't tell you that a different choice has finished reviewing your file. Keep a separate note for each category you've applied to.

The central decision page gives a broad late January to late May window. It says your target program and its requirements affect the timing. The 2027 deadlines page also allows summer decisions for some programs and applicant types. These statements describe a span of activity. They don't mean everyone hears in January, or that a summer window is the normal deadline for an Ontario high school file.

U of T says an undecided application is considered in the next round. That matters more than the date a classmate posts online. A round can pass while your file remains active. Read the actual status and any outstanding task before deciding what silence means. No official source checked for this guide promises an hour, weekday or exact day for all Fall 2027 offers. We won't turn an online prediction into a school announcement.

Scarborough supplies the clearest dated round list in the checked sources. Its 2027 calendar names late January, late February, late March, late April and late May. The word 'late' is part of the published answer. It isn't a date we can narrow to a particular Friday. Put the month in your plan and leave the day open. That prevents a broad window from becoming a false deadline.

Mississauga's page has a Fall 2027 application section, but its offer calendar uses recurring month headings. It places the first Ontario high school round in February, then monthly rounds in March and April. The final OUAC high school round is in late May. It also says timing varies by year. We therefore label these months an annual pattern. The page allows later rolling offers where places remain; that isn't a guarantee of a summer place.

If you applied to Computer Science at more than one campus, each file still belongs to that campus's admission process. Don't use a UTSC offer post as proof that UTM is late. Engineering's Ontario page names three rounds: February, March and May. It says all decisions are made by the end of May. Those sentences don't carry a year, so they are the current annual pattern for Fall 2027 planning. The faculty doesn't publish an exact release day in that page. Its February round also has an early-material requirement. Read that requirement as eligibility for review, not a promise of admission in February.

The Engineering Supplemental Application must be complete for your file to be considered. The page names December 1 for the first round's supplemental application and supporting documents, where required. This yearless timing instruction should be checked against the faculty's current deadline list. Don't confuse it with the early OUAC submission recommendation. One concerns the main application; the other concerns the material the Engineering committee needs to review it.

Engineering uses its own applicant portal for the supplemental application, documents and decision. A task finished in Join U of T for another category doesn't prove your Engineering file is complete. Read the Engineering Online Student Profile guide for the required work and integrity rules. Keep proof of submission. If the portal still requests a document, identify that item before contacting the faculty rather than asking only when offers will arrive.

Rotman Commerce makes monthly offers between February and late May on its Ontario applicant page. It also recommends completing the supplement by December 1, 2026 for earlier review. The faculty warns that submissions after that point may not be considered until April or May because review takes time. This is a published reason an application can remain undecided. It doesn't establish a separate guaranteed offer date for everyone who submitted early.

Keep Rotman at St. George separate from Commerce or Management choices at the other campuses. Similar degree names don't make their committees or round calendars the same. Rotman's page says files are evaluated through the spring to support a fair comparison. A completed supplement confirms you've finished a task. Music has an extra distinction. Its dated application timeline places audition results in early April 2027. The formal offer then appears in Join U of T. A message about an audition isn't the same document as an offer of degree admission. Check both the faculty communication and the university record. If they seem inconsistent, ask Music which stage the message describes. The checked timeline provides an early-April window, with no exact release day.

Begin with the checklist attached to your own application. UTSC lists a document deadline separately from its offer rounds and explains that late documents can leave review dependent on space. U of T's central dates page likewise separates submission from supporting materials. A pending status deserves a closer look when a required item is missing. It doesn't need an invented offer-date theory. Record the item, its deadline and the confirmation you received when submitting it.

Your school marks are another part of the file. OUAC's Fall 2027 schedule separates the date schools report grades from the target date universities receive them. A report card appearing at school doesn't prove every admissions office has reviewed it that day. Keep studying while the record moves through that process. These sources were checked October 13, 2026. Direct access to Engineering and OUAC was blocked, but their official text was readable through web fetch. Exact faculty round days still need a later publication; the next planned recheck is November 1, 2026. A new official notice can update a window. A discussion board or a collection of last year's offer screenshots can't confirm the Fall 2027 schedule, even when many people repeat the same prediction.

An offer can be conditional because U of T makes many decisions from interim marks. Read the required final standing and document instructions in your letter. An alternate program offer is also a real decision for a different route; compare the exact category before responding. The central page explains admitted, alternate, waitlist and not-admitted outcomes. The date you hear doesn't replace the contents of that decision. Save the letter alongside the application it belongs to.

For Ontario high school students, UTSC confirms June 1, 2027 as the response date. Other applicants must use their own letter because a different date can apply. Housing is another task. Rotman's dated guidance gives March 31, 2027 to express residence interest through StarRez and June 1, 2027 to accept admission, with further deadlines and deposits. Waiting for a May offer isn't a reason to ignore a housing step due in March.
