When do TMU admission offers come out for Fall 2027?
TMU sends most Grades-Only decisions from February to the end of May. Those are annual guidelines. Exact Fall 2027 days aren't published. Grades-Plus first rounds range from late January to late April. The school reviews files as they're ready. Finish your program's required documents and extra work.

Grades-Only and Grades-Plus review different material
TMU has two groups of programs: Grades-Only and Grades-Plus. Grades-Only review uses your school results and required courses. Most of those decisions arrive from February to the end of May. The source doesn't print a year beside that window. It's annual guidance. It doesn't mean each program decides on one shared day. A strong mark also isn't an offer. The school still needs the right records for your file before it can finish reviewing it.
Grades-Plus review uses grades and extra work. The school lists interviews, auditions, essays and portfolios as possible tasks. Read which one belongs to your program. The first-round months in the table are guidelines. They can change, and a first round isn't the only round. If the named month passes, check your file's status. Look for missing work too. That month isn't a final refusal date, so no offer yet doesn't tell you that the program has rejected you.
No checked release source provides exact days for every Fall 2027 program. We therefore keep the school's broad wording and cycle status. A student post naming a past day can't turn an annual guideline into a new-cycle date. Match your application to the table first. A Fashion decision in March doesn't show that Acting should also finish in March, since the school's own first-round guidance places those programs in different parts of spring.

Creative-program first rounds span several months
Creative programs don't all start offers in the same month. For example, Fashion has a March first-round guideline. Acting has mid-April. The table retains every program and month named by TMU, including Music, Dance and both Image Arts routes. None of those rows prints a cycle year in the source. Write 'guideline' beside the month in your plan. That keeps the useful order without pretending the school has promised you a particular day in 2027.
Read the extra tasks for your program. A portfolio and an audition are different kinds of work. Uploading a transcript doesn't finish every Grades-Plus file. Keep proof of required submissions. Save any department message about an appointment too. An audition invitation isn't an offer of a degree place. Write the event beside its date. You can then see which task you've finished and which result you're still waiting on, rather than treating an assessment date as an offer day.
The TMU program hub links the detailed routes. The Architectural Science guide and Film guide own their course and creative-work requirements. This page owns timing and doesn't supply portfolios or applicant answers. Your program's required materials remain your work. Use the school's instructions to see whether anything still needs to reach the department before you ask why a decision is pending.

Midwifery and advanced entry need the right route label
Midwifery has a late-April first-round guideline. That is a useful program difference for a high school applicant comparing it with Grades-Only programs. The checked source doesn't provide an exact Fall 2027 Midwifery release day. Follow its own non-academic and academic requirements while waiting. Our TMU Midwifery guide covers the route. Don't use a Nursing result or a general February window as proof that the Midwifery committee has finished your file.
Some rows are for other entry levels. Social Work: Advanced Standing has an early-April guideline. It isn't the ordinary first-year route. Disability Studies is listed as a degree-completion program in the document guidance. It also needs the right earlier study. TMU says part-time and advanced-level decisions are generally in spring. Read your entry level before copying a month into your plan. A row for someone entering a later year doesn't tell a Grade 12 applicant when to expect an offer.
TMU's document page also lists routes that require previous post-secondary study. Those files need the appropriate academic history and may have different transcript tasks. Don't borrow a degree-completion document exception for a first-year application. Read the exact title on your application and on the official requirement page. The same university can be assessing a current high school file while another applicant waits for a college record, so different decision timing can reflect a genuinely different route.

Complete the document tasks before expecting review
TMU reviews the information it has in your file. Current Ontario high school marks come through OUAC from your guidance office. The document page also asks you to report any college or university study. Even a short period of study needs to be listed, with its transcript. Check your education history on the form. If something is missing, the file can need more work. Having the high school record doesn't prove that every required part of your history has arrived.
Other students generally upload the requested unofficial records for assessment, with official records requested after admission. The document page explains how official transcripts reach the university and what counts as an appropriate record. Follow the list in ChooseTMU rather than sending every document mentioned for every applicant. Keep proof of each upload. If a required item is missing, ask about that item. The published spring offer window doesn't establish that the office has already processed a document you just sent.
The after-applying page has a separate instruction for Collaborative Nursing applicants who applied through ontariocolleges.ca: submit documents directly to Centennial College. That route shouldn't be replaced with a general TMU upload assumption. Read the TMU Nursing guide if it matches your choice. This is another reason two applicants using the same university name can have different tasks and timing. Your actual application route determines where the material must go.

Late-May waitlist guidance isn't a guaranteed offer
The release page says someone who applied by February 1 will be notified by late May if placed on a waitlist. That sentence has no year, so it remains annual guidance. It doesn't promise an admission offer. A waitlist outcome means you should read the stated next step and any conditions for staying on the list. Don't assume the end of a first-round month or an application priority date means a degree place is reserved for you.
TMU names February 1 for Fall 2027 guaranteed consideration, with limits on its dates page. That tells you when to apply. It isn't the day offers are due. Guaranteed consideration also isn't guaranteed admission. Read the TMU admissions guide for the wider entry rules. Use the Ontario deadlines page for the full calendar. Here, each date names a stage. A submission deadline stays separate from an offer window so you can tell who must act and what is due.
For on-time Ontario high school applicants, OUAC's dated 2027 schedule gives May 28, 2027 as the common response limit. A response can include an offer, refusal or deferred decision requiring further information. That is separate from TMU's yearless first-round table. Check your official communication rather than expecting every route to receive the same result at the same time. If another university needs an answer while TMU is pending, compare the actual offer deadlines you hold.

June 3 is a tuition deposit date, not the admission response date
Read the response deadline in your TMU offer. The school lists June 3, 2027 for the tuition deposit, unless your offer gives another date. Those are two tasks. June 3 isn't one shared deadline for every action. The admitted-student page also separates OUAC applications from other routes. Read the steps for the route you used. Keep your response confirmation after submitting it. You still need to check the payment task and any final conditions printed in the letter.
The admitted-student page says ChooseTMU reflects an OUAC response within two business days. That processing delay doesn't mean you should repeat the action blindly. Check the service's confirmation first. The Ontario accepting-offers guide owns those response steps. Read the TMU residence guide and TMU financial-aid guide for the later housing and budget tasks. An admission result doesn't complete every deposit, residence or final-condition requirement.
Sources were fetched October 13, 2026. The school-specific offer months remain annual guidelines, while the dated Fall 2027 application and tuition-deposit records keep their own status. Exact offer days are still unpublished. Recheck November 1, 2026 for a new release notice or updated program table. Keep your letter's conditions in view once admitted. A new official message can add a deadline for your file; a rumoured offer day can't change the one you've already been given.
