If you live in a Brock residence, you must buy an All-Access meal plan. It gives you unlimited, dine-in meals at the two Fresh Food Company dining halls, in DeCew and Lowenberger. For 2026-27 the 7-Day plan costs $6,590 and the 5-Day plan costs $6,205. Students off campus or in Brock Suites can buy an optional Badger Meal Plan instead. Compare the 2026-27 residence plans

Your room decides which plan you can have. Traditional and semi-suite students must take the 7-Day plan. The 5-Day plan is only for students assigned to a townhouse residence (Village or Quarry View).

  • Each price includes $155 for Brock's Capital Infrastructure and Sustainability Fund for Dining Services.
  • The All-Access part runs from move-in day in September to move-out in April. It isn't a declining balance, and it's non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • On a mandatory residence plan, qualifying on-campus food purchases aren't taxed.

How the dining halls work

Both Fresh Food Company halls are all-you-care-to-enjoy. The plan is dine-in only, so you can't take food out. Stations include grill, entrées, international dishes, deli and soup, salad, bakery and drinks. Daily menus rotate and are posted on Brock's CampusDish site.

Brock has a Red Seal chef team and a registered dietitian on staff. If you follow a specific diet or have allergies, email dining@brocku.ca to set up a plan. The halls also label stations with dietary identifiers.

Meal Dollars and Flex Dollars

Both are loaded onto your Brock Card and work like a declining balance. The difference is where you can spend them.

  • Meal Dollars ($150): the dining halls, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, the Market Eatery and the Hungry Badger (Pita Pit and Pizza Pizza).
  • Flex Dollars ($50): all of those, plus the Campus Store, residence laundry, vending machines, some vendors at General Brock and Union Station, and printing in the library and Computer Commons.
  • Both carry over to next year. Leftover Meal Dollars become Dining Dollars, which are taxed.
  • Add Flex Dollars any time by credit card at card.brocku.ca, or in person at the Brock Card office in the Campus Store.
