Choose the applicant route and requirements
Humber directs domestic applicants to OntarioColleges.ca and identifies February 1 as the equal-consideration date; later applications depend on space. Humber also says programs are competitive, the best-qualified applicants receive first offers, and meeting a minimum does not guarantee acceptance. International applicants require a separate Humber route and document review, so the domestic deadline should not be applied to them.
For Humber degrees, the general secondary-school route requires an OSSD or equivalent, six Grade 12 U/M courses including Grade 12 U English, and a minimum 65% admission average.
For Information Systems Engineering (IS411), those six courses consist of ENG4U, SPH4U, MCV4U, either MHF4U or MDM4U, and two additional Grade 12 U/M courses. The 2026–27 viewbook requires a final grade of at least 65% in SPH4U, MCV4U, and the selected MHF4U or MDM4U course. Meeting the minimum does not guarantee admission. The viewbook lists IS411 as an eight-semester North Campus degree; check the live program page for the available intake and applicant route.
