Use the right student tool
Fanshawe says WebAdvisor can show application status and outstanding transcripts, fee balance, class schedule, grades and T2202A information; it also supports registration for part-time and/or General Education courses. It also says the schedule is typically available about six weeks before term. Fanshawe single sign-on connects students to FanshaweOnline, award portals, MyFanshawe and other software.
Use the portal named for your task, and contact the relevant college service when a record or registration question needs a decision. Fanshawe’s support directory separately routes Accessibility Services, Indigenous Learning, the International Centre, career and co-op services, and the Centre for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. The Ombuds Office work has moved to other student-facing teams, with CEDI named for ongoing matters.
Recreation and participation
The Student Wellness Centre is in J Building at the London Campus and includes cardio and strength spaces, group exercise and a climbing wall. Fanshawe says FANCard access is included in fees for full-time London students. The Downtown Campus has no gym; its full-time students are directed to the London-campus centre, while part-time students may purchase a membership.
Any full-time student may join or start an FSU club. The live directory includes program associations and common-interest, cultural, religious and recreation clubs. Club executive positions can be recorded on the Co-Curricular Record; current club status and contact instructions remain with FSU.
