For academic year 2026/27, Fanshawe lists $9,100 residence plus a mandatory $1,200 light meal plan, for $10,300 before the separate $100 non-refundable application fee. The college describes the meal plan as occasional meals over eight months, so it should not be treated as an all-meals food budget. The traditional rate is subject to Board approval.

Traditional suites include four private bedrooms, while townhouse units provide six private bedrooms: five standard and one small. Each townhouse unit has a full kitchen, two three-piece bathrooms and one two-piece bathroom. The 2026/27 townhouse rate is $8,600 for a standard bedroom or $8,400 for a small bedroom, plus the separate $100 application fee. Its meal plan is optional.

Apply under the right eligibility route

Residence applicants must be accepted to a full-time program. Fanshawe says students should allow seven business days after confirming an offer before applying through the residence portal. Its Canadian Students instructions describe a fall first-year guarantee with application, acceptance, portal and first-payment conditions by June 15, 2026. That deadline has passed for the current Fall 2026 intake; international applicants follow separate residence steps and should not assume the Canadian guarantee applies.
