Choose the route and meet the deadline

For CPA3, the program page directs domestic applicants to OntarioColleges.ca after reviewing the program requirements. It describes domestic applicants as Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons and Convention refugees. International applicants apply through Fanshawe’s VAS route and have their requirements assessed by Fanshawe International; country-specific equivalencies should be checked in the program page’s selector. Fanshawe’s international fee page calls the $100 application payment a deposit credited to tuition, while its current application instructions call it an application fee and describe any later tuition deposit separately. Check the current VAS payment instructions before paying and do not combine those obligations.

CPA3 lists an OSSD or equivalent, Grade 12 English C or U, and Grade 11 or 12 Mathematics C, M or U. Fanshawe says a conditional offer may be possible with proof of enrolment, and recommends academic upgrading when a required subject is missing. Fanshawe’s current process sets February 1, 2027 as equal consideration. Competitive programs may stop accepting applications after that date; other programs may continue until filled. A live open or waitlisted status still does not guarantee admission.
