The first-year guarantee

USask guarantees a Voyageur Place offer for the fall and winter term if you meet all of these:

  • You're coming directly from high school, graduating within the last year.
  • You submit the residence application and fee before January 31 for the coming fall and winter term.
  • You're under 25, don't need housing for children or dependants, and haven't done post-secondary study at USask or elsewhere.
  • You're moving in at the start of the fall term. The guarantee doesn't cover January (Term 2) move-ins.
