USask Meal Plans: Marquis Hall Hours, Prices and RCC
Every USask residence agreement includes a meal plan, already in the rent. Voyageur Place residents get unlimited dining at the Marquis Culinary Centre whenever it's open. College Quarter residents get 7 Marquis meals plus $870.50 on a Residence Cash Card (RCC) each term, and Seager Wheeler residents get $320 RCC a term. From September 1, 2026, Marquis serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays and supper every day.

- Included plans have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded.
- Unused balances roll from fall to winter, but expire at the end of your residence agreement.
- Any resident can buy extra RCC through Culinary Services, and residents outside Voyageur Place can buy extra meal plans.
Where the Residence Cash Card works
RCC is for food and drinks only. You can use it at Marquis Hall and other USask food outlets, including the Agriculture Café, Arts Café, A&W, Starbucks, Subway at Kinesiology and several Tim Hortons locations.

- Marquis is open to students, staff and the public.
- Menus tag dishes as gluten sensitive, dairy sensitive, vegetarian, vegan, fish or shellfish, and halal. The tags in the hall are the most up to date; contact Culinary Services about allergies.
Campus meal plans you can buy
Anyone who eats on campus can buy a campus meal plan. Weekly plans give a set number of Marquis meals a week that don't roll over.

- Plans with 10 or more meals a week aren't taxed for students.
- Non-weekly plans let you use meals any time in the year: 25 meals for $534.26, 50 for $1,034.78 or 75 for $1,518.43, plus tax.
