Both tiers renew for a maximum of three further years, require an 80% average and full-time enrolment of 30 credits annually with 24 in Fall/Winter, apply to undergraduate study only, and exclude applicants who already hold a degree.

Adding SGA incidental fees of $1,255.45 gives published totals of $7,375.76, $8,838.84, $9,144.41, $11,158.63, and $11,279.02; AEF fees of $1,129.44 give totals $126.01 lower. Out-of-province Canadians pay more — $7,023.15 in most programs, $8,701.61 in Business and Sports Administration, $8,453.00 in Computer Science, $10,051.35 in Engineering, and $11,363.68 in Architecture.

Computer Science is the one band where international tuition sits below the general rate; check the exact program line rather than assuming a single international price.

What the SGA and AEF incidental fees actually buy

For 2026-2027 the full-time SGA total is $1,255.45 and the AEF total is $1,129.44, each including $437.41 of LU compulsory fees. Both association packages include a $232.00 UPASS city transit pass; the health and dental plan is $265.00 under SGA and $206.99 under AEF. The shared LU compulsory portion includes an Athletic Fee of $110.77, a Mental Health and Wellness Fee of $57.43, a Career Services Fee of $34.45, and a Campus Safety Fee of $34.45. The same schedule lists administrative charges including $156.00 for domestic full-time undergraduate admission, $25.00 per transcript, and $824.00 per co-op work term.

Academic Excellence Scholarships are assessed on the top six final Grade 12 or Level 4 U/M marks regardless of prerequisites: 95–100% earns up to $16,000 ($4,000 in first year), 90–94.9% up to $12,000 ($3,000), 85–89.9% up to $6,000 ($1,500), and 80–84.9% up to $4,000 ($1,000), each renewable while the average is maintained. Renewal requires full-time status in the previous academic year — 30 credits with 24 taken in the Fall/Winter term — and payments run on a September-to-May cycle, pro-rated by credits per semester. A $750 Academic Access Award is applied automatically to the tuition account for students at 75–79% who register for a full 30-credit load. The Indigenous Student Bursary lists a typical range of $1,000–$3,500 per academic year.

The scholarship page does not label these bands to a specific entry year; confirm the table is still current when the Fall 2027 offer arrives.
