Sheridan has residence at Davis in Brampton and Trafalgar in Oakville. Hazel McCallion students may apply to Davis, but should test the trip against their own timetable. The residence overview describes furnished two-bedroom suites; the rate page also lists a lower-priced quad-style option at Davis for 2026–27.
Academic-year residents must be full-time Sheridan students, but Sheridan encourages students to apply when applications open without waiting for program acceptance. Each residence application requires a $100 non-refundable application fee. First-year priority is conditional on the published application, payment, portal, enrolment and permit requirements, remains subject to space, and does not guarantee acceptance.

As checked September 12, 2026, Trafalgar Academic Year 2026–27 residence was full and operating on a waitlist, while Davis was still accepting applications. For the September–April cycle, the posted single-payment totals are $9,942 at Trafalgar, $9,283 for a Davis two-bedroom suite and $4,995 for a Davis quad. Sheridan labels fees subject to change and says Davis 2026–27 rates had not yet received Board approval. Split plans add administration fees, residence cannot defer payments for OSAP, and tuition and residence use separate accounts. Confirm the live availability, rate page and housing agreement before paying.
