Apply for Fall 2026 aid
For Fall 2026, submit a Student Budget in myStudent Centre before completing the General Award Application. Open the Financial Aid & Awards tile, then Student Budget or Online Award Application for the corresponding step. Check your budget carefully: Sheridan says it cannot be edited after submission.
For consideration for the Sheridan Bursary or Sheridan Part-time Bursary, the Fall 2026 General Award Application deadline is September 27, 2026. Other opportunities have an October 4, 2026 deadline unless their listing says otherwise. Check each award’s eligibility and required documents. The Fall 2026 Tuition Bursary is automatic only for eligible full-time Ontario residents with unmet need on a 2026–27 OSAP application. Applicants must also have met the listed deposit and OSAP-document deadlines and must not have received a Fall 2026 Degree Entrance Scholarship.
Compare entrance funding by student category
Sheridan’s international awards page, updated August 26, covers Winter, Spring and Fall 2027. Eligible Year 1, Semester 1 entrants receive credential-based amounts from $2,000 to $5,000 without a separate application; EAP is not eligible, and Bachelor of Animation and Practical Nursing are excluded. The Letter of Acceptance confirms the amount and two first-year instalments. Students must accept by the offer deadline, pay required fees, remain full-time while paying international fees past day 10, and receive no start-term refund.
The Fall 2026/Winter 2027 Degree Entrance Scholarship is automatic for eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents in listed degree programs, with the award recorded in the offer. Each cycle’s page and offer control. OSAP provides grants and loans to eligible students, while Work Study offers on-campus paid employment opportunities; neither is a guaranteed award.
