Confirm residence eligibility
Residence rates apply to full-time Mohawk students. Students may apply before program acceptance, but the residence application is separate from the college application. Every bedroom is private within a shared two-bedroom suite, and the fee includes furnishings, utilities and internet. A $100 non-refundable application fee is due with each application.
Compare the 2026–27 payment choices
For September 2026 through April 2027, the single-payment rate is $9,500 due June 20, 2026. The two-payment option totals the same amount; the three-payment option totals $9,600 because it includes a $100 administration fee. Residence does not defer payment for OSAP, and fees remain subject to change.
Budget meal plans and alternatives
A mandatory meal plan costs extra and is due with the first residence payment. Winter applicants pay half the full-year meal-plan fee. Applicants should confirm the current meal-plan option, move dates and cancellation terms. Students seeking other locations or a backup should compare off-campus provider identity, commute, lease period and inclusions before paying.
