Use the correct fee period

The 2026–27 annual fee page applies mainly to programs and courses from Sept. 1, 2026 through Aug. 31, 2027, with exceptions by start date. It covers new and returning students. Tuition and ancillary fees are charged in each enrolled term, and repeated or additional terms can increase the program cost.

Separate tuition and additional fees

For domestic students, most first-year programs list tuition of $1,381.12 for one semester or $2,762.24 for two. Domestic Practical Nursing 715 lists $1,695.04 or $3,390.08 for those periods. These figures exclude compulsory ancillary and applicable program or co-op fees. The base co-op/work-experience fee is $475 per work term, but actual semester calculations can vary.

Apply in the correct award cycle

Full-time domestic and international postsecondary students use one Scholarships and Bursaries Application each semester for awards matching their eligibility. The published windows are Aug. 1 to Sept. 30, Dec. 1 to Jan. 31 and April 1 to May 31. Continuing Education students use their separate awards application on the same windows. Scholarships consider merit or achievements; bursaries require financial need or other criteria. Applying does not promise funding.

Reconcile aid and charges to actual enrolment

The pre-bill statement reflects expected enrolment, while registration charges reflect actual program and status. Mohawk says actual charges control if they differ from the annual page. Part-time status can affect per-course charging and OSAP eligibility, so students should reconcile aid and charges to their actual course load rather than a full-time sample.
