George Brown residence and housing

The George is a short walk from St. James and Waterfront. The rates page says its 2026–27 rates apply to full-time George Brown students and include utilities, local phone service, cable, internet and a furnished suite. The academic-year term runs September 5, 2026 to April 24, 2027; the agreement lists “2 BDRM SUITE” at $11,556.88 payable by the student by June 8, 2026 under the single-payment schedule.

A residence application is separate from the academic application and may be submitted before program acceptance. The application fee is non-refundable. On withdrawal, the agreement charges the prorated cost of days occupied plus a cancellation fee. The academic-year cancellation bands are 5%, 15% or 25% of housing fees, with timing governed by the agreement. Read the signed agreement for the exact date bands before accepting an offer; food is not listed among the inclusions above.
