Conestoga lists campuses and training centres across eight Ontario communities. Program code, intake, delivery mode and campus must be checked together.
Match the program to its location
Conestoga’s directory lists locations in Brantford, Cambridge, Guelph, Ingersoll, Kitchener, Milton, Stratford and Waterloo. Those community names do not mean that every program runs at every site. Use the exact program page and intake selector before arranging housing or travel.
The current examples show why that check matters. Computer Programming 1009 is documented at Waterloo for January 2027. Mechanical Systems Engineering 1066C is at Cambridge–Fountain Street for August 2027, while Practical Nursing 1077 is at Milton–Steeles Avenue for January 2027. Conestoga may change a program’s location or term, so check the offer and timetable.

Applying to Conestoga College
Canadian and international full-time applicants use the route Conestoga names. Then check the requirements for the exact program intake. Also check the availability for that intake.
Choose the route and clear the conditions
Conestoga directs full-time Canadian applicants to ontariocolleges.ca. Its international application instructions direct new international applicants to the OCAS international applicant portal, warn them not to use the domestic application link, and list a $100 application fee. Programs accept applications only while capacity remains, so confirm the current intake in the open-programs list before paying.
Computer Programming 1009 currently shows January 2027 requirements. Applicants need an OSSD or equivalent, or mature student status at age 19 or older. The subject requirements are Grade 12 compulsory English C or U or COMM1251, plus Grade 12 Mathematics C or U or MATH1375. Minimums are 60% for MCT4C, MAP4C and MATH1375, and 50% for MHF4U, MCV4U and MDM4U.
Canadian citizens and permanent residents with transcripts from outside Canada need a course-by-course evaluation. The program page also requires English-proficiency evidence when the transcript's institution did not teach in English. A conditional offer reserves a place only while its named conditions are met. You must meet them by the stated deadline.

Conestoga program and credential choices
Program pages tell apart certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas and degrees. They use code, campus, intake, delivery and work structure to do this.
Compare credentials and work structure
Conestoga's catalogue covers several credential types. Electrical Techniques 1327 is a one-year Ontario College Certificate. You take it in person at Brantford for January 2027. Business Administration–Accounting 0011 is a three-year advanced diploma at Kitchener–Doon. It uses hybrid delivery for September 2026. Practical Nursing 1077 is a two-year diploma at Milton–Steeles Avenue for January 2027. Its page calls the program highly competitive. It gives international applicants a separate Pre-Health pathway instead of direct entry.
Mechanical Systems Engineering 1066C is a four-year Bachelor of Engineering at Cambridge–Fountain Street for August 2027. Computer Programming and Analysis 0057 is a three-year advanced diploma at Waterloo for January 2027; all applicants enter the non-co-op program, and the optional co-op stream has a later competitive application. Credential labels and co-op wording are program-specific.
Use the current intake for costs
Computer Programming 1009 is a two-year Ontario College Diploma at Waterloo. Its January 2027 page publishes Winter and Spring 2027 totals of $4,323.95 for Canadian students and $18,226.26 for international students. These include the page’s ancillary estimates and optional line items, but exclude books, supplies, housing and later terms. Fees for September 2027 and later remain pending until Spring 2027.

Conestoga financial aid and awards
OSAP, institutional awards, bursaries and work study have separate eligibility checks and application routes.
Plan OSAP and awards
Conestoga tells eligible Ontario students to apply for OSAP (Ontario's student grants and loans) on the provincial portal. You upload documents there too. Full-time OSAP generally requires at least 60% of a full course load. Or it requires 40% for a student with a permanent or persistent or prolonged disability who chooses that treatment. The college says every full-time student still pays a $500 non-refundable annual tuition deposit. An OSAP application does not replace it.
The General Awards Application is open for Fall 2026. It runs from August 17 until September 25, 2026 at 4 p.m. It uses Conestoga student credentials. It matches applicants to available awards. But award availability, terms and values can change. The CCSAF bursary is limited to eligible domestic students with financial need. Full-time enrolment is required, unless the student has a permanent disability and is registered with Accessible Learning.
Check Work Study separately
Work Study is a separate employment route for current students. It requires full-time study, satisfactory progress and a valid SIN. It also requires category-specific conditions. Domestic students need an assessed OSAP or other provincial-aid application. Or they need a stand-alone need assessment. International students need a valid study permit that allows on-campus work. Eligibility does not guarantee a position.

Conestoga student services and term tasks
The Student Portal owns registration tasks. Student Success routes students to academic services. It also routes them to accessibility, health and involvement services.
Manage the term
For Fall 2026, Conestoga's returning-student page says timetable, course registration and elective selection opened August 17. Part-time registration began August 31. Use Calendar and My Timetable for delivery mode and location. Use My Courses for course-specific drop deadlines. Use the progress report to check program completion. New students use Admissions Info to see outstanding offer conditions.
Find the right support
The campus-services directory routes students to Library and Learning Services, tutoring, Accessible Learning, counselling, the Medical Clinic, Indigenous Services, Athletics and Recreation, and other supports. The Student Success Portal is the booking and information hub for registered students. Availability and access can differ by service and campus.
Accessible Learning accepts pre-admission appointments. It tells accepted students to submit its intake form before starting where possible. Medical appointments are for eligible students living in Ontario. Counselling is free for enrolled students living in Ontario. You can book it by appointment, in person, virtually or by telephone. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.

Conestoga career planning and pathways
Computer Programming points to jobs in application development. Transfer decisions depend on the named program. They also depend on the destination and a credit assessment.
Separate co-op from career outcomes
Conestoga says Computer Programming prepares you for business application development. It lists roles such as computer programmer, web application developer, software tester and quality-control professional. The January 2027 Computer Programming and Analysis advanced diploma has an optional co-op route. That route has four consecutive four-month work terms. All applicants enter the non-co-op program first. To be considered, you need at least an 80% Year 1 weighted average. You also need no more than one dropped or failed first-year course. Meeting that condition does not guarantee placement. It also does not apply to every Conestoga program.
Verify the named pathway
Conestoga's pathways page names Computer Programming. It is an Ontario College Diploma. The page names it as an entry to Year 3 of its Bachelor of Computer Science. The page also says you should confirm pathway eligibility and credit details. Confirm them through the current ONTransfer record or a Credit Transfer Officer. That named Conestoga pathway does not establish a universal transfer outcome to every university. The college's credit-transfer page says advanced standing and course exemptions depend on the receiving assessment. They may require an application.
