The Student Portal, eConestoga and other tools
Conestoga's IT site lists the Student Portal, eConestoga, the Student Success Portal and the ONE Card portal as separate tools. You sign in to college systems with your Condor ID.
Use the Student Portal for your invoice, payments, timetable, course changes, progress report and forms. eConestoga runs on D2L at conestoga.desire2learn.com, and Conestoga lists it under academic support. The Student Success Portal is for booking academic, wellness and career appointments.
Check your Conestoga email and the Student Portal often. Invoices are posted in the portal and aren't mailed.
Before you can see your timetable
You can't see your timetable or be fully registered until you've done these steps each term.
- Pay your fees, or set up a payment schedule in the Student Portal.
- Upload your ONE Card photo. You also need an approved photo for OSAP to confirm your enrolment.
- Confirm your invoice by the refund deadline. For Fall 2026 that was September 21, and it's your chance to opt out of some optional fees.
- International students also upload approval documents in the International Registration Portal.
2026-27 fee due dates and the deposit
Every new and returning student pays a mandatory, non-refundable tuition deposit of $500, or $2,500 for international students. It counts toward your tuition rather than adding to it, and it's normally paid once per program per academic year. OSAP recipients still pay it by the deposit deadline.
Payments must be received and posted by the due date. Allow 3 to 5 days for online banking. A late tuition payment costs $150, though no late penalty is charged on the deposit.
| Term | Deposit due | Fees due | Fees due if you're on OSAP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fall 2026 | June 5, 2026 | August 7, 2026 | September 21, 2026 |
| Winter 2027 | October 9, 2026 | December 11, 2026 | January 22, 2027 |
| Spring 2027 | February 12, 2027 | April 9, 2027 | May 21, 2027 |
How to pay and the payment schedule
In online banking, add Conestoga College as a payee and use your seven-digit student number as the account number. In the Student Portal, choose the Financial tab, then Program Fees Payment. Portal payments go through Flywire, which charges convenience fees on cards. Online banking avoids those fees.
If you have a Canadian address on file, you can use a payment schedule. It opens one month before the fees due date and closes four days after the term starts. You pay 50% of the invoice first, then the rest 30 days after the first day of term. Opting in costs a $150 administration fee.
Read your timetable
In the Student Portal, open the Calendar tab and choose My Timetable, Weekly View. Pick the term and the first week of classes, then select Display Timetable. Turn off pop-up blockers if nothing appears.
Each class shows its delivery mode: in person, online asynchronous, online synchronous, hybrid or hyflex. Asynchronous courses appear in the far-right column with no set time.
Room codes follow a pattern. In WA-WMB-4G11, WA is Waterloo, WMB is the Waterloo Main Building, 4 is the floor, G is the wing and 11 is the room.
Change courses and electives
Changes happen on the My Courses tab, where your program allows them. You can switch academic blocks if seats are free, add courses or electives, or drop a course with the red X. If a button doesn't work for you, submit a Course Change Request Form under Services, then My Forms. Approval isn't guaranteed.
Block changes aren't available in School of Business and School of Applied Computer Science & Information Technology programs. Extra courses above your normal load, and retaking missed or failed courses, cost extra. Check your progress report on My Courses to stay on track.
Before you drop anything, confirm that course's drop deadline by hovering over the calendar icon beside it on My Courses. For most Fall 2026 courses, November 15 is the last day to drop without academic penalty.
- Conestoga-McMaster BScN and RPN to BScN students register through McMaster's MOSAIC system instead.
- For timetable and course change help, email studentrecords@conestogac.on.ca.

Withdrawals and refunds
Dropping all your courses doesn't withdraw you from your program. You submit a Withdrawal Form to the Registrar's Office by the tenth official day of the term. After that, there's no refund and you owe any outstanding fees.
Conestoga keeps a $500 withdrawal fee, or $2,500 for international students. Request a refund in the Student Portal under Services, then My Forms, then Request for Refund. If you're on OSAP, talk to a financial aid officer first.
