Conestoga’s housing directory lists properties for Brantford, Kitchener/Cambridge, Milton and Waterloo. The 99 Conestoga College Boulevard residence is positioned for Kitchener–Doon, Cambridge–Fountain Street and Cambridge–Reuter Drive students. The 60 University Avenue East property is for Waterloo-campus students and requires full-time Conestoga registration by move-in, although students may apply before program acceptance.

At the Kitchener residence, each bedroom has a double bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet, television, internet and telephone. Each kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator, sink, cupboards and a two-person table; the room page does not list a stove inside the suite. Shared facilities include a kitchen lounge with stoves, paid laundry and study lounges.

Budget the current housing terms

For September 2026 through April 2027, the Kitchener residence publishes $8,040 for open-concept style or $8,825 for two-bedroom suite style using the two-payment option. Three-payment totals are $8,190 and $8,975 because each includes a $150 non-refundable administration fee. These are amounts payable by the student under an individual housing agreement; the rate page does not expressly label them as a whole-suite price or use the phrase per person.

A separate payment plan carries an additional $200 administration fee and is not guaranteed. The application fee is $100 and non-refundable. Under section 3.4 of the signed 2026–27 academic-year agreement, cancellation or withdrawal charges the prorated housing amount for occupied days plus a cancellation fee. The fee is 5% before August 1, 15% after August 1 and before September 1, and 25% after September 1. As of September 12, the 25% tier applies.

Rates include utilities, high-speed internet and a furnished suite. Residence payments cannot be deferred for OSAP and are separate from tuition. The 60 University page still displays 2025–26 rates even though it links a 2026–27 agreement, so request the current invoice rather than carrying its old figures into a 2026–27 budget.
