UPEI says all first round offers are made by April. A second round follows in May, depending on first round acceptances, and a third round in July fills any seats left. Offers to the highest ranked applicants may come at any time. If you are still finishing prerequisites, offers come after first semester grades arrive.

University applicants and mature students
If you already have university-level courses in Biology, Chemistry, English and Mathematics, you can apply with a 60 percent average in those courses instead of 65 percent. If you take one or more of these core courses at university, UPEI adds 15% to each university course mark for ranking purposes, and you must be in good academic standing. Mature applicants need 65% in Grade 12 academic English, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology, or 60% in the same subjects at university level.
The Casper test is still required for all applicants regardless of their background.
