For 2026, direct-from-high-school applicants needed an admission offer by May 22 and a residence application plus $400 deposit by June 1. International undergraduate degree students had the same June 1 guarantee, while BEd, mature, and transfer students were not guaranteed. The equivalent Fall 2027 conditions are not yet available.

All high-school applicants admitted full-time to first year are guaranteed a residence spot—including a private bedroom—if they received an offer of admission by May 22, 2026, accepted it, and submitted the residence application with the $400 deposit by June 1, 2026 through the eRezlife portal. International undergraduate degree students have the same June 1 guarantee. BEd, mature, transfer, and international Post-Baccalaureate students are not guaranteed and enter a lottery or waitlist.
