Students must be enrolled full time in the BBA, hold at least a 70% GPA and good academic standing, and complete the internal application. An interview may be required. A co-op designation provides structure and access, but does not guarantee employer selection or a job.

Full-time BBA students with a minimum 70% GPA and good academic standing may apply after completing 24 BBA credits. The program allows a maximum of three paid, full-time work terms of at least 12 weeks and 420 hours each—up to one full year of professional experience—paid at least the minimum wage of the province of work. Students pay tuition for one credit per co-op course, to a maximum of three courses.
