Your first semester

  • Your program chair publishes a recommended course list, with each course marked pre-registered or student-selected.
  • How many courses are pre-registered depends on the program; some pre-register several, others none.
  • Add your own courses to reach your load. A standard full-time load is 15 credits a semester.
  • There are separate lists for students coming from CEGEP and from high school or college outside Quebec.

Registration and deadline dates

After add/drop, you can withdraw with permission (WP) until the deadline. Fees aren't refunded and WP shows on your transcript.
