Vanier lists tuition-free regular day-division DCS study for eligible Canadian citizens who reside in or were born in Quebec, and permanent residents with Quebec residence. The published additional components total $195: registration $20, auxiliary services $110, study services $25, student association $35 and a foundation donation $5. The $5 donation is refundable on request before semester end; the $35 association fee is also listed as refundable. Check the fee page for each component’s refund rules. SRAM charges a separate non-refundable $30 application fee. Amounts may change.

Non-Quebec and international students can have additional regulated charges and status documentation requirements. Vanier's fees page also contains separate Continuing Education full-time and part-time tables; those are not the regular day-division fee schedule. Do not use a continuing-education hourly rate for a regular DCS budget.

Vanier’s Financial Aid office directs students to Quebec Student Financial Assistance for loans and bursaries; use institution code 934000. Entrance awards recognize selected first-semester students with strong high-school results. Current scholarship opportunities and deadlines appear in Omnivox. Vanier says international students are not eligible for Quebec student loans and bursaries.

Quebec Perspective Scholarships are not open to students who began their eligible program in Fall 2025 or later. Continuing recipients face separate program, enrolment and successful-semester conditions. Check the current rules with Financial Aid instead of counting this award in a new-student budget.
