Centennial College campuses

Check the location on your current program page: Centennial scheduled continuing Story Arts programs to move to Progress for fall 2026.

Centennial's facilities and service directories list Ashtonbee, Downsview, Morningside, Progress and Story Arts Centre. Centennial's relocation notice says continuing Story Arts programs were scheduled to begin moving to Progress in summer 2026. Students, faculty and staff could start fall 2026 there. Some programs were expected to remain at Story Arts through summer 2026. Check your current program page and timetable. The notice does not confirm that every move is complete.

More about Centennial College campuses

A campus directory does not mean every program is at every site. The 3409 program page names Progress Campus. Centennial's Fall 2026 to Summer 2027 availability page lists programs suspended for new admissions. Check the exact program page, availability update and timetable. Do this before you plan travel or housing.

Checked

Confirm the program location before choosing housing or commute options.

Applying to Centennial College

Centennial separates domestic and international application paths and uses different portals after an offer.

Centennial's myApplication FAQ says Canadian citizens, permanent residents and protected persons are domestic applicants. In-house applicants follow their stated exception. Centennial's current standard domestic route through Ontario Colleges lists a $150 application fee. It also lists up to five program choices.

More about admissions and deadlines

Ontario high-school applicants have their school send transcripts. Canadian postsecondary graduates send documents through Ontario Colleges. High-school graduates outside Ontario also use Ontario Colleges. Applicants educated outside Canada may need a WES or ICAS assessment. For fall entry, February 1 is the equal-consideration date. After that date, complete applications are considered first-come. They are considered while space remains.

Centennial's international page names Fall 2026, Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 cycles. It names ApplyCentennial, up to two program choices and a $125 CAD non-refundable application fee. After admission, the page separately identifies a $2,000 registration deposit. It is due by the Letter of Acceptance deadline. There is a $500 exception for the CIATPL program. The deposit is credited toward tuition. The application fee and registration deposit are different payments. Check any later 2027 cycle before paying.

The documents you need as an international student vary by program and education history. Centennial names academic records and a passport. It names certified translations when needed. It names English-language evidence. It names program-specific materials, such as portfolios, where applicable. Use the checklist in ApplyCentennial. Do not treat every document as universal.

Domestic application starting points

Use the application route that matches your records and applicant category.

  1. Choose the program

Review the program page and confirm its campus, intake and requirements.

  2. Send documents

If you are an Ontario high-school applicant, your school forwards transcripts. Canadian postsecondary graduates send documents through Ontario Colleges. High-school graduates outside Ontario also send documents through Ontario Colleges. Education completed outside Canada may require WES or ICAS.

  3. Track and confirm

Use myApplication for domestic status. Confirm a standard domestic offer through Ontario Colleges by the offer-letter deadline. Then use myCentennial for post-confirmation tasks. Follow the separate in-house instructions if they apply to you.

Checked . Sources: How to Apply; MyApplication FAQ; Confirm Your Offer

Decision checklist

  • Separate domestic and international instructions.
  • Check the exact intake before paying an application fee.
  • Keep transcript and document requests moving while you monitor the portal.

Centennial College programs and fees

Compare the credential and the campus or online delivery. Then look at the requirements and estimated fees for Software Engineering Technology 3409.

Software Engineering Technology (3409) is a three-year, six-semester Ontario College Advanced Diploma taught in a hybrid format at Progress Campus. Use the requirements below to check your starting point, then ask admissions about equivalencies and minimum grades.

More about programs and pathways

The program page listed September 2026 and January 2027 as open to domestic and international applicants. This was checked on September 5, 2026. Check the intake before you apply. Qualified students can move into the separate co-op option, program 3419, in semester 3.

Centennial's separate Fall 2026–Summer 2027 availability update identifies programs suspended for new admissions. Use it with the live 3409 page. The September 2026 and January 2027 statuses and fee estimates in this example were checked on September 5, 2026. They do not establish later 2027 availability or pricing.

Centennial's full-time directory covers different credentials and delivery locations. The examples below are a planning cross-section. They are not a ranking or a complete catalogue. Start with the credential and campus that match your goal. Then open the exact program page to check admission requirements, delivery, intake availability and fees for your cycle.

Centennial Place residence

Compare bedroom privacy, kitchens and dated per-person installments at Centennial Place before reading the offered lease.

Centennial Place is Centennial College’s on-campus residence at Progress Campus and is professionally managed by Knightstone Student Communities. Centennial directs its domestic and international students to the residence application.

More about residence and housing

Choose by bedroom and bathroom sharing. Four-bedroom, Standard and Deluxe two-bedroom suites have private bedrooms and shared bathrooms. Deluxe Triple combines one private bedroom with a bedroom shared by two residents. Shared Double and Shared Triple place two or three residents in one bedroom.

Every listed layout has a full kitchen, furnished bedrooms and included internet, water/hydro, and heat/air-conditioning. Kitchenware is not supplied. No mandatory meal plan was identified on the public pages reviewed September 12, 2026.

The displayed prices below are per-person installments checked September 12, 2026. The operator says they are portions of total base rent, not prorated monthly rent. The public pages do not provide one common lease term, installment count or total, so use the offered lease for those amounts and dates.

A completed application does not secure a bed. The operator requires a $500 security deposit, a $100 non-refundable application fee, and a lease signed by the applicant and a required guarantor. It describes the security deposit as refundable at move-out after the lease concludes, subject to the lease; approved early release forfeits it.

Decision checklist

  • Check the live layout price and availability before applying.
  • Read the lease for total rent, installment count, dates, cancellation, guarantor liability and deposit deductions.
  • Budget required renter’s insurance, card-operated laundry, kitchenware and any parking separately.
  • Request an accessible unit in the application; only selected units have accessible features.

Student life and myCentennial

Use Centennial's portals for enrolment tasks. For advising questions, contact the service that decides them. Do the same for accessibility, counselling or technical questions.

The myApplication FAQ says myCentennial helps with several things. These include fee payment, course registration, locker reservations and transfer-credit applications. It also covers student email and college announcements. Once an offer is confirmed, the college says myCentennial also shows timetables and academic history. The IT Service Desk handles network ID, login, myCentennial and Luminate access. Check its current contact page. This matters because we should not assume an older Story Arts counter still exists after the fall 2026 teaching move.

More about student life and support

The Centre for Accessible Learning and Counselling Services is the route for accommodation planning. It is also the route for counselling. It is the route for adaptive-technology support too. Contact CALCS early. Follow its intake and documentation process. An adviser or portal cannot promise a particular accommodation. Centennial's health-and-wellness page also directs students to current wellness and health-coverage information.

Service location depends on the task and term. For Fall 2026, Centennial’s English Tutoring introduction names online delivery and Progress, Ashtonbee and Morningside. Its location table also includes Downsview room 106. Check the live booking options rather than treating either list as exhaustive. Its multi-faith page publishes rooms at Progress, Ashtonbee, Story Arts, Morningside and Downsview. Use the current service page before travelling; a service-room listing does not prove that your program is taught at that campus.

For food insecurity or another basic-needs problem, Centennial directs students to the CCSAI Food Bank and Grab and Go breakfast program. The Student Experience Office offers phone, video, email and in-person help. It can connect students with available resources. The College describes breakfast items as available at each campus once a week. But it does not publish the current campus schedule on that page. So confirm pickup details before travelling.

Recreation facilities are campus-specific. Current Centennial facility pages name an Athletics and Wellness Centre gym at Progress. They name a separate gym at Ashtonbee. The pages do not show the same equipment or access process at every campus. Check current Athletics and Recreation programming and access requirements before you travel to another campus.

Centennial co-op and university pathways

Centennial offers co-op and named pathway resources, but each option has its own program, academic and destination conditions.

The current 3409 program page identifies co-op option 3419 and says qualified students transfer in semester 3. Complete at least 80% of semesters 1 and 2 courses combined. Complete COMM 160/161 by the end of semester 2 with C or higher (at least 60%). Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and be legally eligible to work in Canada. Students apply through Career Services and Cooperative Education in semester 2. Meeting the minimums does not guarantee admission.

More about careers and work experience

Centennial’s separate general co-op page still renders a malformed Software Engineering Technology “(ONLINE)” label. Use the 3409 program page for the 3409-to-3419 requirements and use the general page only for wider co-op-program guidance.

Centennial’s current Pathways Options page links separate outbound and inbound databases. Search by the exact originating program and verify the destination, credential, grades, credit or advanced standing, effective dates and residency rules in the current record. A Signature Pathway has its own conditions; no blanket transfer credit or guaranteed destination is claimed here.

ExperienceCentennial provides students and alumni with job postings, appointment booking, career tools and events. Career Services can support a search but does not secure or guarantee a job.
