Centennial Place residence

Centennial Place is Centennial College’s on-campus residence at Progress Campus and is professionally managed by Knightstone Student Communities. Centennial directs its domestic and international students to the residence application.

Choose by bedroom and bathroom sharing. Four-bedroom, Standard and Deluxe two-bedroom suites have private bedrooms and shared bathrooms. Deluxe Triple combines one private bedroom with a bedroom shared by two residents. Shared Double and Shared Triple place two or three residents in one bedroom.

Every listed layout has a full kitchen, furnished bedrooms and included internet, water/hydro, and heat/air-conditioning. Kitchenware is not supplied. No mandatory meal plan was identified on the public pages reviewed September 12, 2026.

The displayed prices below are per-person installments checked September 12, 2026. The operator says they are portions of total base rent, not prorated monthly rent. The public pages do not provide one common lease term, installment count or total, so use the offered lease for those amounts and dates.

A completed application does not secure a bed. The operator requires a $500 security deposit, a $100 non-refundable application fee, and a lease signed by the applicant and a required guarantor. It describes the security deposit as refundable at move-out after the lease concludes, subject to the lease; approved early release forfeits it.
