Find academic and accessibility support

Student Support Services links academic study support, career and employment help, orientation, counselling, crisis resources, accessibility, physical health, student experience, and Indigenous student services. Ask the named service about access at your campus or through your delivery format.

The Centre for Accessible Learning serves applicants as well as attending students. Its accommodation service is free, voluntary, and confidential for people who self-identify with a disability; contact CAL early to learn which documentation and intake steps apply. Counselling has a narrower eligibility boundary. It is free and confidential for actively registered students and offers short-term appointments in person, virtually, or by telephone. It is not an emergency service or a route for medical notes or academic accommodations.

Use ACSIS for student tasks

Use ACSIS to check your application status and account balance, view or change your timetable, and print payment receipts. The Registrar’s guides explain how to add, drop or transfer courses and obtain enrolment or fee-breakdown letters. Check the timing and eligibility rules for the task you need, and use the official password-reset guidance if you cannot sign in.

Decision checklist

  • Contact the named support office about eligibility, intake, response times, and campus or online access.
  • Arrange accessibility or accommodation questions early, with the documentation the service requests.
  • Ask the relevant service about capacity, wait times, and the support available to you.

Plan your next step

Reopen the exact official program page for your intake and applicant category. Save the requirement, cost, campus, and deadline evidence you used, then confirm any uncertainty with the institution.
