Residence and meal-plan costs
For Ottawa residence in 2026/27, the full-payment residence fee is $9,590 for September 5, 2026 to April 25, 2027, or $12,970 for a three-term agreement through August 22, 2027. Published Light, Regular, and Premium meal plans are $3,510, $4,980, and $6,210. Each plan price includes a non-refundable $150 meal-plan administration fee. Residence includes a furnished private bedroom in a two-bedroom suite with a private three-piece bathroom, utilities, local telephone access, and Internet.
The residence page combines either agreement with a two-term meal plan. Fall and Winter residents require a term plan; Spring residents do not. The $610 residence acceptance deposit is already part of the residence total, while the $75 application fee is separate. A different $150 residence administration fee applies only when choosing split residence payments. Keep these two administration fees separate.
Availability and cancellation costs
As checked September 12, 2026, the Ottawa residence page directs Fall 2026 applicants to a waitlist. For a withdrawal after move-in, the cancellation policy charges the prorated amount for days the room was occupied plus the cancellation fee. On or after September 1, 2026, that additional fee is $2,397.50 for the two-term agreement or $3,242.50 for three terms. The signed agreement and appeal rules control the final obligation. Pembroke has no college-owned residence; students arrange housing directly with private landlords or operators listed as resources by the College.

The three-term row combines the published residence fee with the displayed two-term meal-plan choices. Spring residents do not require a term meal plan; Spring/Summer food costs are not included.
