Start with your student aid application
The federal grants for students with disabilities come through your provincial or territorial student aid application. In Ontario, that's OSAP. When you apply, you self-identify your disability and send the documents the program asks for.
Some grants pay for services and equipment you need to study, such as tutors, note-takers or assistive technology. Those have their own form, so open “Who can apply and steps” in the table.
Work with your school's accessibility office
Your college or university accessibility office helps you work out what services and equipment you need. Contact it as soon as you accept an offer. It can also tell you about awards the school runs itself.
Treat accommodations and funding as two separate steps, and do both. Ask the office which forms each one needs.

How this list works
Every award here comes from the same checked list as our Scholarship Finder. Each record links to the provider's own page and shows the day we last checked it. We never copy award details from aggregator sites.
Awards that are closed for this cycle are left out of the tables. They come back when the provider posts new dates. Dates refresh on their own, so a passed date drops off the page.
A listing isn't a promise that you qualify. Each provider sets its own rules and picks its own winners. Read the official page before you apply.
