MyNSCC and NSCC’s student-support pages point students to records, services, learning help and wellbeing resources.

MyNSCC separates applicant tasks from enrolled-student tasks. Applicants can check application status, accept or decline an offer, pay the tuition deposit or tuition, manage To Do items, read communications and review charges or payments. Use the portal status together with the actual admission letter or message, which controls the response and deposit deadline.
Students can update contact details, view a weekly schedule, pay tuition, review charges and payments, open an unofficial transcript, find faculty-adviser information and access the T2202A tuition certificate. Some functions therefore appear only after the relevant application or enrolment stage; a missing student tool does not by itself show that an application is incomplete.
New users should follow NSCC’s Getting Started guidance linked from MyNSCC. If a password is forgotten, NSCC directs users to its self-service Password Management tool. Use the Service Desk for a technical access problem that self-service does not resolve, and do not send a password or verification code when requesting help.
NSCC’s student-support directory includes accessibility services, wellness and counselling, learning support, libraries, technical support and cultural supports. Ask the relevant service about current booking, documentation or response arrangements when you need help.
