Saint-Lambert: Omnivox and student services
Saint-Lambert: Omnivox handles enrolled-student tasks; the site’s application-status link is a separate route. For next-term instructions, open “Documents and messages intended for you”. View the timetable in “Course Schedule Inquiry”; Champlain says viewing it during registration confirms registration. Use “Payment Centre” for semester fees and MIO to message staff or instructors.
In Léa, open Grades for the current-term summary or Statement of Final Grades for the full record and R-score. Course Documents contains outlines, while Assignments holds course work. For an official transcript, use the Registrar’s request form: the office sends it directly to the receiving institution and supplies a student copy. The published fee is $5; records@crcmail.net handles requests.
The Registrar’s Office is in F-103. For mark reviews, consult the IPESL and the submission deadline in your semester’s Omnivox calendar; the request form is available from the office. The campus also lists tutoring, the Student Access Centre, mental-health support, clubs and recreation. Contact the service that matches the issue rather than treating an academic appeal, accessibility request and aid application as the same process.
Lennoxville: acceptance, records and support
Lennoxville: after admission, create your Omnivox account and pay under Tuition and Fees by the deadline in your acceptance letter. The college says payment confirms acceptance and missing the deadline cancels it. Watch MIO for orientation, schedule and booklist information. For an official transcript, complete the Registrar’s Transcript Request Form; the resulting invoice appears in Payment Center and must be paid before release. Viewing your online grades is a different task from ordering an official transcript.
Lennoxville’s back-to-school guide directs students to Academic Advising by MIO to discuss extending a program or changing their course progression. A withdrawn course may not be offered next term and may be a prerequisite for another course. The guide also lists adapted support, Indigenous Student Services, counselling, IT help, library resources and clubs. Use the current Omnivox instructions for dated activities rather than relying on a past orientation calendar.
St. Lawrence: payments, advising and support
St. Lawrence: the official Omnivox portal includes Payment Center for fees. Academic Advisors handle course registration and schedule modifications, help monitor progress and connect students with tutoring or study-skills support. The Fall 2026 fee PDF lists $25 per course for change/equivalence requests, so confirm approval and the applicable charge before changing a course. Adapted Services assesses accommodation needs; Wellness Services and Guidance Counselling have distinct support roles.
For St. Lawrence career or university-planning appointments, current students can send a MIO to Guidance Counselling. Its Omnivox community holds information tools and workshop updates on university admissions, scholarships and career exploration.
