Budget with the campus fee schedule and your student status

Québec, Saint-Lambert, Sherbrooke, Québec

These campus tables have different inclusions and periods. Optional contributions, tuition supplements, part-time charges and living costs prevent a simple cheapest-campus comparison.

Saint-Lambert: student fees

Saint-Lambert: The table separates the published 2026–27 day-division charges by student status. Amounts are in Canadian dollars and may change. The $249 full-time semester charge includes an optional $15 Foundation contribution; students can opt out of that contribution. Residency and international tuition categories are not interchangeable, and the table is not a complete cost-of-living budget. Confirm your assessment on the college invoice.

Part-time charges use a different basis. The fee page lists Quebec non-resident charges of $9.40 per course hour, and international charges of $36.83 per course hour ($57.11 for Nursing), alongside applicable student/course fees. Courses outside a program and administrative requests can add charges. Do not apply a full-time semester figure to a part-time course load.

Saint-Lambert: financial aid

For government loans and bursaries, book the Financial Aid Officer through Student Services or send Student Services a MIO. The college page explains Aide financière aux études (AFE) applications and links scholarship information. Prepare your permanent code, income information, program code and Champlain’s institution code, 936003. Supply sensitive identifiers only through the official application process.

AFE’s assessment simulator gives an estimate, not an award. Champlain recommends applying six to eight weeks before classes, but the actual assessment depends on complete documents. Some disability or serious-health circumstances can affect eligibility for students studying part time; ask Financial Aid and the Student Access Centre which provisions apply. The page’s optional $500-per-term materials allowance is a loan that must be repaid, not a scholarship.

Lennoxville: student fees

Lennoxville: the current fee page totals $290 per full-time semester: $25 study-related services, $20 registration, $159 auxiliary services, $35 student association and $51 Bishop’s University auxiliary services. A $10 Foundation contribution is optional and separate. The $290 table itself is undated; the out-of-province and international tuition paragraphs explicitly cover 2026–27. Ask the college to confirm the current invoice rather than assuming every line has the same cycle label.

Lennoxville’s part-time page lists $2 per program-course hour and $6 for courses outside the program, alongside applicable service/course fees. It separately lists $9.40 an hour for out-of-province students and $36.83 for international students. The $35 association fee applies to all students. Approved Fin de DEC students taking only the courses needed to finish have a different treatment; confirm eligibility with the college before calculating part-time tuition.

Lennoxville: financial aid

Eligible full-time Lennoxville students can apply for Quebec loans and bursaries through AFE using institutional code 936001. The Financial Aid Officer helps with applications and can refer students facing urgent financial difficulty. Saint-Lambert’s 936003 code and St. Lawrence’s 936002 code identify different constituent colleges; do not swap them.

St. Lawrence: fees, refunds and opt-outs

St. Lawrence: the Fall 2026 PDF totals $323 for a full-time student before residency/international supplements. It includes $230 study fees, $53 association-related charges and a $40 optional fundraising contribution. The $53 includes $27 collective insurance with an opt-out process. This is not the same set of charges as the other campuses’ headline totals. The PDF was revised March 12, 2026; Winter 2027 values are not established by that Fall summary.

For Fall 2026 at St. Lawrence, the PDF gives September 18, 2026 for requesting the optional-contribution refund and August 28–September 29, 2026 for collective-insurance withdrawal. Ask the Registrar for the current St. Lawrence Plan Major opt-out instructions before submitting a request. Other refundable fees generally used the August 14 first-day-of-class deadline. Confirm the applicable fee category instead of assuming the whole $323 remains refundable.

St. Lawrence: financial aid

St. Lawrence’s Financial Hub directs eligible full-time students to government loans and bursaries and part-time students to loans, not bursaries. Apply through AFE using institution code 936002 and the correct government program code; the college warns its in-house program codes can differ. For immediate financial difficulty, send a MIO to Wellness. Graduation awards have their own criteria and application windows; past April 2026 deadlines are not new award rounds.
