Saint-Lambert: independent housing
Saint-Lambert has no housing or lodging facilities. Use the lodging page as a starting point for an independent housing search. The college receives room or apartment advertisements only occasionally and removes them at semester end or when told a unit is unavailable. A listing is not a college endorsement or a reservation.
Before agreeing to rent, confirm the current availability, address, lease dates, included utilities and total charges with the landlord. Plan your commute to 900 Riverside Drive and inspect the accommodation or arrange a reliable viewing. Student Services can answer questions about the college’s listing process; the rental contract is with the housing provider.
Lennoxville: residence costs and inclusions
Lennoxville: the residence complex on Winder Street has furnished apartments with three or four bedrooms, around a 10–15-minute walk from campus. The 2026–27 published rent is $427 a month. Heating, hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, laundry, maintenance, security and activities are included; food, linens and daily cleaning are not. Residence parking costs $75 per semester or $150 for the academic year and does not cover parking on Bishop’s University’s campus. Early sports-camp arrival can cost extra.
Lennoxville: applications, leases and cancellation
For Lennoxville’s 2026–27 cycle, first-time residence applications opened January 13, 2026. The college recommends applying before an admission decision; a lease is issued only once college admission is confirmed. First-round admits have priority, while later-round placements depend on space. Returning leases are not automatically renewed. Follow the lease deadline, sign with the required parent/guardian signature, and pay the first month plus the $40 first-time processing fee to secure the reservation.
Lennoxville’s posted pre-year cancellation deadline is June 1. The $40 processing fee is non-refundable; cancellation afterward needs special permission, and approved cancellations carry a one-month notice charge. December graduates using the four-month lease must leave within 24 hours of their last December exam. Confirm your signed lease and current cancellation instructions with Residence Services.
St. Lawrence: housing and commuting
St. Lawrence: the college states it has no student residences. Its housing PDF offers nearby rental leads, but the listed accommodations are not inspected and the list is not a recommendation. No historic listing price is treated here as a current rate. Verify availability, the lease and total costs directly with the landlord. The campus recommends public transit; student drivers need to arrange their own parking because college-lot spaces are reserved for employees.
