Saint-Lambert: Computer Science Technology includes a sixth-semester internship at an external business, according to its program page. That is a program-specific learning component, not evidence that every technical program has the same placement or that a job is guaranteed.

Bringing earlier study into Champlain and applying onward to university are different decisions. Champlain’s fee page says marks from other Quebec college-level institutions are obtained through the ministry after admission, but not every course is necessarily integrated. Other post-secondary courses are considered individually by Academic Advisors with Department Heads; provide an official transcript and detailed course descriptions. Whole years or semesters are not automatically credited, and university courses are not normally granted equivalence.

For onward study, Concordia’s CEGEP admissions page accepts a pre-university or technical DEC as the required credential. The minimum CRC (R-score) and prerequisites depend on the degree. Concordia separately lists course exemptions and articulation agreements for designated DEC programs. Those lists do not establish a blanket Champlain transfer-credit mapping: check the exact program and receiving faculty before assuming advanced standing or a shorter degree.

Lennoxville: placements and university planning

Lennoxville: the Business program beginning in Fall 2026 includes an internship with a local business. Its final-semester Internship and Small Business Start-up courses require students to have passed all courses from the first five semesters; the comprehensive assessment is evaluated separately. The program’s university section mentions agreements, but this guide does not assign credits or a shortened degree without current receiving-university evidence.

For Lennoxville Science, the General profile page tells students aiming at medicine, dentistry or veterinary studies to choose Organic Chemistry and Exploring the Human Body as their options. Treat this as campus course-planning advice, not guaranteed eligibility or admission at every university. Compare your intended degree’s prerequisites with Academic Advising. St. Lawrence: the Business page describes two internships, three weeks at the end of second year and six weeks at the end of third year. It also says DEC-BAC agreements are being revised, and its Fall 2026 course-sequence notice remains pending. Confirm the cohort plan and any named university agreement before budgeting around advanced standing. Students aiming at university business studies need additional mathematics in their CEGEP schedule; the page requires TS Math 5 or SN Math 5 to enrol in those courses.
