For Fall 2026, applications ran March 1–May 1; that window has passed. The page says first-years usually receive regular two-bedroom units, Montreal-island residents are ineligible, and winter applications recur November 1–December 1. Most leases run nine months from the week before fall classes through the last winter exams.

Who gets a place and how the lease works
Selection favours Québec residents who live farthest from the college and can't easily commute, so the first offers usually go to students from regions such as the Gaspé, Abitibi, Québec City, Maniwaki and Sherbrooke. Accepted students hear by early June through Omnivox. The lease is signed on moving day by the student and a parent as co-signer, and once signed it can't be cancelled.
What the apartments include
Each bedroom has two beds, two desks, a phone and wireless internet. Kitchenettes have a four-element stove top but no oven, so residents sign out the basement kitchen to bake. The building has key-card entry and 24/7 security, a 24-hour laundry room with five washers and five dryers, and a guest room that sleeps up to four.
