The 2026–27 page lists monthly prices per person: $575 for a regular two-bedroom, $600 for a large two-bedroom, $633 for a deluxe two-bedroom, and $633 for a single room in a two-bedroom.
The apartments have two bedrooms and accommodate up to four people, so the published rate is a resident place rather than the whole apartment. The listed rent includes utilities, security, telephone, cable TV and internet; confirm the contract before budgeting other costs.

For Fall 2026, applications ran March 1–May 1; that window has passed. The page says first-years usually receive regular two-bedroom units, Montreal-island residents are ineligible, and winter applications recur November 1–December 1. Most leases run nine months from the week before fall classes through the last winter exams.
The page also discusses half-year arrangements, while its FAQ says there is no Fall half-year lease; ask Housing to resolve that conflict before relying on a shorter term. The off-campus list is not screened by John Abbott, so inspect a unit and request references before signing.
