Orientation and account access
The 2026–27 self-guided orientation runs in Brightspace. It uses a mySaskPolytech login. Incoming students can revisit it through the academic year. Sask Polytech says it will be available by the first week of classes. Watch the institutional email account for program-specific orientation details.

Use mySaskPolytech to update an address or other personal information. A domestic student receiving a refund without bank auto-deposit retrieves the passcode through Important Links for Students. Then go to My Finances and Student Finance. If a username or password is forgotten, submit a sign-in troubleshooting ticket to the IT Service Desk. Do this if the account has not been used since 2022. A person who has never attended, or attended before 2006, is directed to create an account.
Where to find support
Getting Started links supports for accessibility, learning, health and wellness, Indigenous students and technology. Contact the service that owns the task early. The paperwork for accommodation can differ. The times for appointments can differ. Delivery on campus can differ.
Counselling and health services
Counselling uses a stepped care model: navigators and counsellors match the kind of help to what you need at the time, and you don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Togetherall, a free and anonymous online peer community, is open 24/7. Registered nurses see students first come, first served, and run health education on topics such as sexual health.
Indigenous students and fitness
Indigenous student advisors and Indigenous Students' Centres connect you with Elders, Knowledge Keepers and cultural events. Each main campus has a fitness centre with cardio and weight equipment. You get in with a barcode from the Fit & Rec app. The app also lists intramural and eSports schedules.
