Canadore College Guide
Start with the program page because campus, intake, cost and experiential requirements change the practical plan.
Choose the campus attached to the program
Canadore’s official locations page identifies three North Bay campuses—College Drive, Commerce Court and Aviation—and a West Parry Sound campus. It describes College Drive as the Education Centre campus on a wooded escarpment. A program page names its delivery campus. Do not assume that a service, residence or specialized lab at one location is available at every campus.
Build a program-specific budget
Program pages combine credential, duration, intake, campus, admission requirements, curriculum and fees. Digital Media, for example, is a two-year Ontario College Diploma at College Drive. Its 2026–27 domestic rows separate tuition, ancillary, material and trip charges by year. Use that structure as a reading model, then open the exact chosen program rather than transferring its amounts to another credential.
Plan early for placements and support
Canadore describes curricular experiential learning as part of all full-time programs, but its form varies among labs, simulations, projects, placements, practicums and apprenticeships. Programs with external placements may add police checks, health documentation, certification, travel and other costs. Contact Student Success early for accommodations and the program placement contact for clearance requirements.
Decision checklist
- Confirm the campus and intake on the exact program page.
- Copy the program-specific fee components and study period.
- Start accommodation and placement-clearance planning before deadlines.

Separate program fees, tuition deposits, refund deductions and aid eligibility before deciding what amount is recoverable.
Open sectionStudent Life & Support
Contact the named service and confirm campus delivery instead of assuming every support operates identically at every location.
Open sectionCareers & Work Experience
Experiential learning is curricular preparation; students remain responsible for clearance, costs and any separate job search.
