The CIT page currently estimates domestic tuition at $16,239.86 and international tuition at $51,470.24. These are program-page cost estimates, not a promise of total cost; books, supplies, ancillary fees, living costs, and future increases need separate confirmation. BCIT’s tuition guidance distinguishes full-time, apprenticeship, Flexible Learning, and international contexts.
BCIT links students to StudentAid BC information, where funding depends on the application, finances, study period, and eligible expenses. Do not predict an award.
BCIT’s 2026–27 entrance-award applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have applied to BCIT and received a BCIT ID. The study rule is full-time studies at 60% or more in an eligible program of at least five months. BCIT expressly includes eligible part-time and full-time bachelor’s degrees. Applicants do not need an admission offer by the award deadline.
An additional application window for some awards runs from August 4 to October 1, 2026, for programs starting January 1 through April 30, 2027. Required high-school and every postsecondary transcript record must arrive in BCIT’s accepted form by the deadline, including a BCIT record for current students or graduates. Only one application is allowed per calendar year, and award-specific conditions still apply.

Decision checklist
- Confirm whether the estimate is tuition only and which intake or fee schedule it represents.
- Separate domestic, international, apprenticeship, and Flexible Learning rules.
- Check the entrance-award window and each award’s eligibility separately from admission.
