RRC provides service-centre, advising, well-being, accessibility and international-support routes that students can check before or after applying.

Student Service Centres are a first point of contact for students and visitors, with phone, email and in-person support at named Winnipeg locations. Academic Advising helps future, new and returning students identify academic and professional goals and can connect students with resources. Indigenous Admissions Advising and international-student advising have distinct routes.
RRC’s support menu includes accessibility, academic success, counselling, Early Assist, library and career supports. Review the current service page for eligibility, appointment details and hours rather than assuming a support is available in every delivery mode.
HUB is the central student portal for classes, timetables, grades, student email, Office 365, personal information and technical-support tickets; access varies by program. Use Claim your account / Forgot your password for first access or recovery. If automatic recovery fails, follow the official help route; Apply Online uses the personal email from the application, and account-access problems go to a Student Service Centre.
