RRC residence rates are term-based

The Exchange District residence offers furnished, air-conditioned suites with utilities and Wi-Fi included; food is not included. RRC lists a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $350 deposit, alongside term dates and room rates. Rates are estimates subject to change and are separate from tuition and program fees.

Use the term and room type when comparing housing. The published figures use standard term dates, and each resident’s charge is prorated to the exact contract days. The page lists Fall 2026 as August 29–December 19 and Winter 2027 as January 2–May 1; break-room charges may be extra or prorated.

A room offer is secured with the $350 residence deposit, normally due within five days. New applicants can cancel without penalty until one month before the standard move-in date; after that deadline, a paid deposit is not refunded if the applicant does not move in or complete a contract. Documented study-permit denial or non-admission may be considered for a no-penalty refund.

After move-in, early termination requires approval and must be requested by the term deadline: October 29, 2026 for fall, March 2, 2027 for winter or July 2, 2027 for spring. Approved early termination normally adds a $350 fee and forfeits the deposit; moving out after the deadline forfeits all residence fees. The contract and current handbook control the individual case.
