The ADEV program explorer’s domestic estimate is $18,300–$20,200 for course tuition and fees, while the catalogue publishes a separate fee schedule and books, supplies, laptops and any WIL-term charges require review. RRC’s general fees page says fees can change and gives program-specific and annual student-service charges; do not treat an estimate as a guaranteed program total.
RRC’s Awards and Financial Aid Office directs students to the current award list, then to their RRC account to complete an application. Manitoba Student Aid is also linked from the ADEV catalogue. An award application is not a promise of funding, so check eligibility, documents and deadlines for each listing.
Application and seat deposits are separate from tuition: $122 domestic or $160 international per application, then $400 domestic, $100 Indigenous or $5,000 international for a full-time program deposit. The fee page says these deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, and the program deposit is applied to program fees.
The live catalogue displayed 488 award records on September 13, 2026, mixing automatic selection with application-based awards and annual deadlines. For example, the Accutech Engineering Resident of Nunavut Award lists a September 15 annual deadline, while the Alan and Doreen Thompson Business Administration Award lists September 30. Availability still depends on the exact award, eligibility and current listing; use the catalogue rather than treating the count as guaranteed funding.
