Use the programme fee schedule

The 2026–27 fee schedule covers courses starting from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and separates domestic tuition, international tuition, programme fees, mandatory fees, deposits and totals by programme and term. Actual charges are student-specific and appear in MyOldsCollege about one month before the term, so one sample row is not a college-wide tuition rate.

Separate the deposit from the term balance

The tuition deposit reserves a seat for students entering a new programme. International students admitted to any programme are currently listed with a $5,000 deposit, while the admission letter controls the deadline. The remaining account balance and any $200 late-payment charge belong to the fee schedule and account rules, not the application fee.

Apply through the current awards system

Olds College says 2026–27 award applications are open and directs students to its awards system. The page describes scholarships, bursaries and prizes with differing eligibility; the published aggregate count and value do not promise an award to an individual applicant. Complete the current student profile and financial-need fields where the award process requires them.

Arrange accessibility and academic support

Accessibility Services helps students who have a diagnosed disability, a mental-health diagnosis or a learning challenge. Help can include exam time, a reduced-distraction space, note-taking and assistive technology. To get help, students register through Accommodate and give documentation. Supports are then tailored to each student. A listed example is not an automatic accommodation.

Use counselling under its eligibility rule

Counselling offers free, confidential in-person and secure virtual appointments for current students. The page separates routine appointments from crisis routes. It says immediate danger requires 911. Prospective students should not treat this current-student service as pre-enrolment care.

Find safety, advocacy and student work routes

Student support also includes academic supports, health and wellness, and Students' Association advocacy. It also includes Residence Services and 24/7 Campus Security. Student jobs are posted on their own, for the school year and for the summer. Each posting has its own competition number, deadline and eligibility requirements.

Distinguish the forms of WIL

Olds College defines WIL as curricular experiential education. It joins academic study with a workplace or practice setting. Its institution page includes formats such as applied research projects, simulations, field placements and co-ops. But the programme you choose sets the actual format and assessment.

Use programme-specific course evidence

The Environmental Science & Technology Diploma names a WIL experience in the middle of the programme. Digital Agriculture describes experiential, project-based and work-integrated learning. These statements show programme learning parts. They do not show a certain employer, wage, placement date or job after graduation.

Treat jobs and placements as conditional

Students can also apply for separate on-campus roles. These include Student Ambassador, tour guide and posted summer employment. Each posting controls eligibility and deadlines. Use the WIL contact for curricular experience questions. Use the live employment listing for jobs. Do not treat either route as guaranteed work.
