Choose between two residence formats
Centennial Village has more than 400 single rooms, each with a private washroom, double bed, desk and closet. College Court has 180 furnished rooms in townhouses with two shared bathrooms and common kitchen and living space. The formats differ before price is considered.
Compare 2026–27 amounts by period
For rates effective September 1, 2026, Centennial Village is $181.60 per week and College Court is $229.70 per week; College Court includes a $200-per-term dining flex pass. The college also publishes separate Term 1 and Term 2 estimates because term length and meal-plan amounts differ.
Confirm eligibility and meal-plan costs
Registered Olds College programme students with an assigned student ID may apply for residence, including students in eight-week apprenticeship programmes. The housing page says on-campus residents must choose a meal plan. However, College Court's option listing calls its meal plan optional. Confirm the included flex pass and separate meal-plan requirement with Residence for the selected booking.
