Timmins Campus Residence
Each room at the Timmins Campus Residence has a single bed, desk and a private three-piece washroom. Residents share a large kitchen with five cooking stations, laundry, lounges with cable TV and a games room, and Wi-Fi is included. Every application costs $100 and is non-refundable. For 2026–27, a full academic year costs $6,720 if paid by June 15, 2026, and limited shared rooms cost $3,600. Early move-ins and late move-outs cost $35 a day.
Haileybury and Kirkland Lake
Haileybury's residence has four-bedroom apartments steps from class, with all-inclusive pricing including water and gas. Kirkland Lake offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom student apartments close to campus. Haileybury lists details and applications at northernresidence.ca.
