Price shorter contract types
Single-term and apprenticeship stays use different price structures, insurance and deposits, as detailed in the table. Match the quoted amount to the room and contract type; an open apprenticeship application does not imply a Fall academic-year room.

The current rate blocks and capacity notice are the planning source for 2026–27. Review the live offer for payment dates, cancellation terms, included services and room assignment before accepting.
