The PDF explains that Year 1 international tuition is the domestic rate plus $400 per credit. That formula and the CIT example should not be applied to a different program or year without checking its own row and footnotes. Program dates, credit loads, books and other costs can differ, so retain a contingency beyond the published estimate.
Confirm provincial aid eligibility
Student loans are applied for through the province where the student lived for the 12 months before post-secondary study. The page describes full-time loans for at least nine credits per term in the usual September-to-April period and warns that not every program is eligible under every province's policy.
